Recently, we have received signals from you regarding the line of dietary supplements sold under this brand. Although all our products undergo rigorous safety tests, the feedback received indicates that the current product line has not lived up to the expectations placed on it. We have also concluded that the way in which these products were presented did not fully reflect the values and standards that the Globadvise brand would wish to stand behind.
In connection with the above, the company’s management board has decided on immediate:
- termination of cooperation with the agency: Due to a failure to uphold communication standards, the Company has decided to immediately terminate cooperation with the external sales agency responsible for this campaign. We would also like to note that these advertising campaigns have already been ended and are no longer running.
- We wish to emphasise that this decision does not stem from a health risk, but from our commitment to maintaining continued customer satisfaction.
All persons who purchased products covered by the notice may make use of a simplified path for a refund of costs or an exchange for other items from our range. Please contact us through the form.
